Corralejo Tequila Blanco is a premium tequila produced in Mexico using blue Weber agave plants that are grown in the volcanic soils of Jalisco. The agave is harvested and cooked in traditional brick ovens before being crushed and fermented using natural yeasts. The resulting liquid is double-distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in a smooth and clean-tasting tequila.
